Summary
Are you a highly skilled and experienced construction project estimator? Do you enjoy helping others?
As a Construction Rebuild Estimator, you will be responsible for determining the cost for SERVPRO rebuild projects while ensuring all job site safety and OSHA requirements are being followed. You will be handling all aspects of the estimation process, customer support and project planning for our rebuild division, working directly with the Rebuild Project Manager to provide an excellent rebuild experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities
Ability to manage multiple rebuild projects and produce high volume estimatesInterpret documents such as drawings, technical manuals and technical specifications to compile an estimateReview project plans, specifications and bid documents to develop accurate cost estimatesCompiling and distributing bid estimatesWork with the Rebuild Project Manager to collect and categorize productivity and cost informationReviewing estimates and revisions for completeness and accuracyUtilizing bid data to prepare detailed bid comparisonsConscious and proficient understanding of profitabilityOther tasks as neededRequirements
High school diploma / GED; Construction Estimating Certificate, Associates and / or Bachelor's degree in construction related field preferred3+ years of estimating experienceExperience with Xactimate softwareExperience with CoreLogic DASH softwareStrong process and results driven attitudeAbility to multitask and to remain detail orientatedStrong work ethicHonest and accountableStrong communication skillsValid driver's licenseWillingness to work on-call shiftsPhysical and Work Environment Requirements

This is a full-time position working hours varying between 7 : 00am - 7 : 00pm, Monday–Friday, minimum of 40 hours per week. This position frequently requires long hours (beyond 8 hours a day), depending on the scope of work. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
