A company is looking for a Care Advocate Coordinator I to support members in navigating healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional member experiences through inbound / outbound calls in a contact center environment
Act as an advocate for members, resolving issues and connecting them with appropriate internal resources
Utilize technology and internal tools to understand members' paths and next steps in their care journey
Required Qualifications
One year of experience in the healthcare industry, customer service, or call center environment
High school diploma or GED
Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) or Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) preferred
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk preferred
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance
