Job Title : Visual Creator
Location : Remote
Work Shift : Eastern Standard Time
Working Hours : 40 hours per week / Full-Time (flexible schedule with 4–5 hours US EST overlap; must work weekends during peak seasons)
Responsibilities
- Owning both video editing and graphic design deliverables across our client’s paid ads, brand campaigns, and digital content.
- Creating short-form video ads (15–40 seconds) based on campaign briefs, using product b-roll, lifestyle footage, and motion copy overlays
- Design visually compelling static ads and graphics for use across paid social media, email marketing, landing pages, and other digital platforms
- Edit short-form video advertisements, incorporating best practices in pacing, captions, and visual storytelling for performance marketing
- Interpret marketing briefs and translate key messaging into effective visual content
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product) to ensure alignment on creative objectives and timelines
- Ensure brand consistency across all creatives, adhering to various licensed IP and character style guides
- Stay informed of emerging creative trends, tools, and platform requirements (e.g., Meta, TikTok). Conduct competitor research to identify trends, creative strategies, and design inspiration
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
