Position Overview

We are seeking a Managing Geotechnical Engineer for our Civil Engineering Practice in Los Angeles, CA . This role involves leading geotechnical engineering projects, analyzing ground conditions, evaluating construction claims, and developing repair strategies. You will also mentor team members and manage client relationships.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Civil Engineering with a focus on Geotechnical Engineering and 5+ years of experience, or M.S. with 10+ years of experience
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Licensed Professional Civil Engineer (PE) in at least one state, with the ability to obtain licensure in others

Responsibilities

Benefits and Compensation

Salary range : USD $140,000 - $170,000 / year, commensurate with experience. Our total compensation includes base salary, annual bonus, and a 7% 401(k) employer contribution. We offer comprehensive benefits, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities for career advancement.
