What You’ll Do :

Deliver High-Quality Care : Provide direct, resident-centered nursing aligned with individualized care plans.

Coordinate & Communicate : Partner with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and families to achieve the best outcomes.

Monitor Resident Wellbeing : Assess, document, and respond to changes in residents’ conditions.

Administer Medications & Treatments : Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient medication management and interventions.

Promote a Safe Environment : Maintain compliance with infection control and regulatory standards.

Lead with Compassion : Mentor and support CNAs, fostering a positive and professional team culture.

What You’ll Need :

Active RN license in the state of New Jersey

Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

A commitment to providing compassionate, resident-first care
