Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team at Professional Insurors. As a key member of our insurance services team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial clients and ensuring their insurance needs are met with excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Relationship Management :

Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with commercial clients.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
• Policy Management and Review :

Conduct thorough reviews of commercial insurance policies to ensure accuracy and compliance. Recommend and implement adjustments to policies based on client needs and industry changes.

• Risk Assessment and Analysis :

Assess clients' business operations to identify potential risks and provide appropriate coverage solutions.

• Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to secure optimal coverage for clients.
• Claims Processing :

Assist clients in the event of a claim, facilitating the claims process and ensuring timely resolution.

• Commercial Insurance Experience
• Client-Focused : Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
• Analytical Skills : Ability to assess risk factors and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Well versed in Microsoft 365
• Detail-Oriented : Keen attention to detail for accurate policy management and compliance.
• Team Player : Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, underwriters, and support staff.
• Certifications : Possession of relevant industry certifications.
