We have a client in Santa Ana (off 17th Street and Tustin Ave), seeking an entry-level Customer Service Rep with great communication skills.
DUTIES :
Provides front-line support to customers via phone, email and online portals regarding service inquiries and account information.
Assist clients in understanding and navigating products.
Handle billing questions, disputes, and payment processing with accuracy and professionalism.
Document customer interactions and maintained precise records using CRM and ticketing systems.
Educate customers on new features, policy updates and best practices.
Secure confidential handling of sensitive client information.
Identify trends in customers feedback and communicated insights to help improve services and users experience.
