Job Summary
As an Assistant Manager, you are a key member of the leadership team. You'll support a profitable business by creating genuine connections that foster customer loyalty, love of the brand, and strong community engagement. You'll provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching so each team member can contribute at their highest potential. You'll partner with your leadership team to drive the business forward and step in on tasks when needed.
Responsibilities
- Be the role model for creating personalized connections with customers that drive loyalty and excitement for the brand.
- Observe associate performance on the selling floor and assist to make a connection or sale.
- Lead fit sessions that enhance product knowledge and fuel a style obsession.
- Help associates optimize each customer interaction with specific actions to improve outcomes.
- Ensure the team stays on track to meet or exceed goals and customer expectations.
- Own the selling floor and ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
- Be ready to step in for another manager as needed.
- Plan and execute local events that tie to the community and drive traffic and sales.
- Act in a manner aligned with our values.
Qualifications / About You
Love our brand, customers and teams.Have a great fashion aesthetic and stay plugged in to industry trends and the community.Track record of setting and achieving goals.Energetic about change; can shift gears quickly and rally the team behind new strategies.Make smart decisions by listening, understanding data and looking beyond the obvious.High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.2+ years of experience with similar scope; specialty retail preferred.Effective and confident communication; able to process information and operate store systems accurately.Available during busy periods (nights, weekends, holidays).Adept with technology and apps; familiar with industry blogs / feeds.Physical requirements : bend, reach, and lift / move at least 40 pounds (18 kg); regularly move around store areas.Perks & Benefits

Hourly Range : $19.50 - $24.35. Base salary may vary by geographic region and experience. This includes the potential for bonus and competitive benefits as part of total rewards.
