You will be responsible for building new customer relationships and closing accounts. In addition, you will up-sell to existing customers, qualify leads, set appointments, and communicate opportunities to the outside sales force.

Key responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to :

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and voicemails to foster client relationships and sign new customers.
• Process and distribute applicable Residential / Commercial Supply agreements.
• Qualify leads and set appointments in for Energy consultants in the field.
• Review all relevant customer account documentation and follow up for any missing items.
• Occasional outbound calls to existing customers to upsell additional services and maintain client relationships
