Job Description

We’re a small business seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with our outside CPA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable on a regular basis
  • Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity in accounting systems
  • Collaborate with the company’s outside CPA to process payroll and assist with financial reporting
  • Generate and review basic financial statements as needed
  • Track and categorize expenses, invoices, and payments

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is required
  • 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
