We are looking for a skilled and detail-driven Disbursement Specialist to join our high-energy Title Insurance team in St. Louis. In this key role, you'll ensure the accurate, efficient, and compliant disbursement of escrow funds for a wide range of real estate transactions, helping keep every closing on track.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the final disbursement process for escrow transactions, ensuring all files are fully funded and distributed according to instructions.

Review and verify completed closing files for accuracy before releasing funds.

Confirm balances and issue payments via checks or other approved methods.

Partner with lenders, buyers, and escrow officers to reconcile post-closing balances and finalize disbursements.

Follow established procedures, policies, and compliance standards.

Maintain awareness of how your work impacts and supports other teams.

Provide precise, timely support to enhance team efficiency and client satisfaction.

Identify and resolve routine issues using established processes.

Communicate relevant updates clearly to team members.

Work independently under general supervision while managing your workload effectively.

Handle additional tasks or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum 2 years in escrow, title, or related real estate transactions.

Skills :

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial balancing and documentation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work within structured processes and meet deadlines.
• Experience with escrow software and related documentation.
• Solid understanding of real estate closing procedures and compliance requirements.
