Workers Compensation Team Lead

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Team Lead for the VA jurisdiction in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise multiple teams of Workers Compensation examiners and technical staff

Analyze and process claims to ensure timely resolution and negotiate settlements

Communicate claim activities with claimants and clients, and report claims to excess carriers

Required Qualifications

5+ years of Workers Compensation claims management experience or equivalent education and experience

Preferred supervisory experience of 2 years

Extensive subrogation management experience preferred

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
