Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed Base Salary : $300,000 - $ 350,00 (Depending on Experience)
  • Sign-On Bonus : $100,000
  • Plus Production Bonus : $45,000 for Weekly Production
  • Plus Annual Bonus : $10,000
  • Student Loan Assistance : $125k Per Year!
  • Paid Time Off : 42 days for PTO, Holidays, & CME

    • Qualifications

  • Degree : MD / DO
  • Licensure : Active license in Oregon or ability to obtain one
  • Certifications : BC or BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Experience : In-practice and 2025 Grads only
