Digital Marketing Producer Job at Orion Federal Credit Union in Memphis

Position Purpose

The Digital Marketing Producer will play a critical role in shaping the visual storytelling and brand voice across all digital platforms. This position is responsible for writing, producing, filming, and editing high-quality video and photography content that supports internal and external communications, advertising campaigns, community engagement initiatives, and employee engagement efforts.

This individual will oversee the full production process from concept development to final delivery, ensuring that all content is compelling, brand-aligned, and optimized for digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on creative with a strong background in videography, still photography, editing, motion graphics, and content distribution.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit professional-quality video content for marketing, social media, internal communications, and community events.
• Capture and edit high-resolution photography for use across print, digital, and social channels.
• Operate and maintain all necessary video, audio, and lighting equipment.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize video content that aligns with strategic goals.
• Write scripts, storyboards, and content outlines for video storytelling across a wide range of topics.
• Edit video and audio content using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Design and animate graphics using Adobe After Effects or similar tools to enhance content with branded visual elements.
• Optimize and publish videos across digital platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and internal intranet systems.
• Manage metadata, thumbnails, closed captions, and SEO tagging for maximum discoverability and engagement.
• Work closely with Marketing, Human Resources, and executive leadership to support various communications objectives.
• Provide creative direction and production support for internal events and campaigns.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of organization’s products, services, and business channels, and maintain current knowledge of industry trends and opportunities.
• Other related tasks as assigned.
