Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including support for heavy Android applications
Track calls to resolution and provide feedback to customers while documenting cases in Salesforce
Maintain professional relationships with clients and analyze product malfunctions
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Technical Support Representative or similar role
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and tech products
Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software, particularly Salesforce
Ability to provide step-by-step technical assistance
Flexibility to work shift hours as needed
