Bartender Responsibilities :
Report directly to the Floor ManagerAttend pre-shift to review menu and daily specialsProvide a pleasant drinking experience to customersServe drinks while maintaining a clean and sanitary work stationPrepares and maintains beverage ingredients by following recipesRing all food and beverage items with 100% accuracy to ensure proper flow of serviceProperly handle all guest payments with 100% accuracyCorrectly audit and balance cash / credit card receipts as part of daily checkout proceduresResponsible for completing all opening and closing procedures in a timely mannerAdheres to proper alcohol handling, sanitation and safety procedures and maintains appropriate dating, labeling and rotation of all beverage itemsCommunicate cordially, effectively and clearly with all employees, managers and guestsWhat Makes You Great :
