Inside Sales and Support - Shreveport

Job Summary

At SuperATV we are working to WOW our customers with innovative, race-tested products and world-class customer service. Currently, we have an opportunity for a talented and competitiveInside Sales and Support Representativewho thrives in a fast-paced environment. This critical role will help continue SuperATV's growth and impact in the off-roading industry.

Primary Duties

• Provide top notch customer service to all incoming calls from customers and dealerships.
• Consult with customers and dealerships to sell products that meet their riding needs through inbound calls, outbound calls, live chat, and email.
• Responsible for achieving revenue growth objectives by selling the SuperATV product line and supporting customers with their purchases.
• Offer technical support by researching, troubleshooting, and solving customer issues and / or assisting with installation questions.
• Follow up with customers on issues through both phone conversations and emails.

Training will be provided to acclimate you to the ATV / UTV industry. Continuous training on new products and industry updates will be provided to enhance your career with the knowledge to make you successful at SuperATV.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have proven inside sales and customer service experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Ability to make independent decisions, be a self-starter are critical.

Education / Experience

Mechanical aptitude, call center experience, and an associates or bachelor's degree in related field, is preferred. Some travel may be required. Spanish speaking skills preferred.
