job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, participate in emergency response activities. Screen individuals entering the logistics and distribution location to help to deter unauthorized access and / or prohibited items. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter potential issues and monitor for unusual activity. Maintain detailed and accurate records of screening activities, incidents, and observations as required by site protocols. Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to provide assistance and information as needed. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available At least one year of security-related experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred. A valid security guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a Security Officer - Logistics Entry Patrol in Tracy, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more.

- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
