Experienced PCA CCA Crop Advisor Sales Agronomist

Job Title

A growing family owned and people first California based company is expanding and looking to add 1 to 2 Experienced Sales Agronomists to join their team. They have been in business for more than 50 years and are expanding into new territories. Compensation will include a base salary and competitive commissions. Candidates that are interested must meet the following qualifications for consideration :

• 3 to 5 years experience in crop advising and retail sales of chemicals, fertilizer, and seed
• Must have a minimum of 2 PCA categories and willing to obtain all categories with company paid incentives to complete.
• CCA Certified
• Crop knowledge of most if not all of the following : Almonds, Pistachios, Citrus, Cotton, Corn, and Melons
• Have existing relationships with farmers in the greater Fresno area
• A verifiable drivers license and driving record as a company truck will be necessary
