About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Marketer who can work across all major growth channels including SEO and web, paid acquisition, CRO, and content marketing. This role is ideal for a generalist with strong technical chops who enjoys being hands-on across campaigns rather than specializing in just one area.
This is a work-from-home role based in Austin. You will primarily work remotely, but you must be located in Austin and available for 4 to 5 in-person team meetings per month with prior scheduling. You will also attend and help run Tecla-hosted and sponsored events, including occasionally speaking, hosting, or moderating. Some travel may be required, starting at about 10 percent and potentially increasing to 20 to 30 percent as events expand.
About 20 percent of your work will also support Tecla’s portfolio of brands and business segments, applying your growth marketing skills across multiple ventures. You will work directly with the Head of Growth and Partnerships and the CEO, both based in Austin, while also collaborating remotely with team members in Argentina and Chile.
Responsibilities
SEO and Web
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-intent opportunities
- Create new pillar pages, lead pages, and website content to support growth
- Draft outlines and collaborate with design and development teams to build high-quality web assets
- Drive improvements in on-page optimization, technical SEO, and overall web presence
- Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns
- Write ad copy and partner with design for creative assets
- Manage budgets and report on CPL, CPQM, and CAC
CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
Design and run A / B tests on landing pages, forms, and funnelsWork with our web developer to implement experimentsTrack and report performance improvementsContent Marketing Support
Collaborate on blogs, newsletters, and podcastsEnsure content is optimized for SEO and effectively distributed across channelsAnalytics and Reporting
