Silver State Smiles is a patient-focused dental practice committed to providing exceptional care and outstanding service. We are looking for a detail-oriented Dental Revenue Cycle Associate to join our billing team and take ownership of aged insurance claims within our revenue cycle operations.

Position Overview

As the Revenue Cycle Associate , your primary focus will be to work on aged dental insurance claims , identify the root causes of delays or denials, and ensure timely resolution and payment. You’ll play a critical role in improving collections, reducing accounts receivable days, and maintaining a healthy aging cycle.

What You’ll Do :

• Review and manage aging insurance reports
• Research and follow up on unpaid or denied claims
• Submit appeals, corrections, and supporting documentation as needed
• Communicate with insurance carriers regarding claim status and resolution
• Track and document all claim activity and outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with front office teams and clinical teams to prevent claim denials
