About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Hours per Shift : 10 hours (06 : 45 - 17 : 15)

Experience : Minimum of 2 years

License : NC or Compact license required

Certifications : ACLS, BCLS

Must-Have : Traveler Experience, Electrophysiology Experience

Description :

RTO after booking is NOT allowed.

Any call-offs or additional RTO on unit could possibly turn into a Cancel and DNR.

Minimum of 2 years of experience required.

Unit will not accept first-time travelers.

Locals accepted with a rate difference.

Skills required include circulating, scrubbing, and EP experience.

Average of 10-16 cases per day.

Float requirement is to the Cath Lab as needed.

No weekend requirement.

Patient demographics include adults and geriatrics.

Knowledge of Pyxis, EPIC, and Prucka (GE) systems preferred.

Candidate must be comfortable floating based on job description with no restrictions or special requests.

Two manager / supervisor references from within the past 12 months are highly preferred at the time of submission.

Candidate cannot work more than five days in a row or more than 60 hours in a week.

Modules must be completed pre-start and annually, and hours vary by specialty.

Daily census includes an average of 10-16 cases per day.

Candidate must go into the lab within 48 hours after signing.

All testing must be completed within 48 hours.

Candidates may float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby.

Fatigue policy applies.
