Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Home Health RN for a travel contract in Ashland, KY. The right candidate will be confident in managing a field-based caseload using Homecare Homebase and completing OASIS documentation within 24 hours. Key Responsibilities :

Perform patient assessments and administer home-based care

Document visits using HCHB with OASIS turnaround in 24 hours

Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop treatment plans

Educate patients and families about ongoing health management

Maintain compliance with home health regulations and standards

Qualifications :

Kentucky or compact RN license

Minimum of 2 years' recent home health experience

Proficient in Homecare Homebase and OASIS documentation

Must meet 24-hour turnaround standard for OASIS

Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and car insurance

Must meet Joint Commission compliance requirements
