This role is a mid-level engineering position focused on developing advanced IVR applications and integrating Genesys Engage with third-party systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop IVR applications using Genesys Composer, VoiceXML, and SCXML.
- Build and maintain routing strategies using Orchestration Server (ORS).
- Integrate Genesys with third-party systems (CRM, WFM, databases) using REST APIs, SOAP, and custom Java / .NET code.

Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $64,000 and $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
