Bilingual Receptionist

Staffmark is seeking a motivated and friendly Bilingual Receptionist to join a leading company in Houston, TX. If you bring positive energy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers, this is your chance to grow your career in a supportive, diverse team environment.

Pay : $18 / hr

Schedule : 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide front desk support, including processing payments and managing billing via QuickBooks as needed
• Maintain an organized, welcoming front desk area
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth customer flow
• Assist with mailing invoices and other administrative tasks
