Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jacksonville, FL, for a Dock and Door Service Manager. The Dock and Door Service Manager will oversee daily operations, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of dock and door systems. Responsibilities include managing service schedules, ensuring compliance with safety standards, supervising a team of technicians, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors.

We are seeking a sales-driven professional with experience in industrial or commercial dock & door systems. The ideal candidate has a proven background in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to deliver solutions that improve safety, efficiency, and reliability for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within industrial and commercial markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with facility managers, contractors, and decision-makers.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate customer needs and propose tailored dock & door solutions.
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product / service recommendations.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure successful project execution.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

Previous sales experience in dock & door, industrial equipment, or construction services.

Strong understanding of loading dock equipment, overhead doors, and safety requirements.

Self-motivated with excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (role requires local travel).
