We’re currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team and help drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales team and customers to define needs and select appropriate materials and methods.
- Enter and verify job information in the MIS system; ensure accuracy and alignment with estimates.
- Communicate proactively with sales team, management, operations, and customers regarding job status and updates.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns related to changes, errors, quality, or service.
- Support Sales during customer visits, meetings, and tours; provide backup support when needed.
- Attend daily production / scheduling meetings and provide relevant updates.
- Participate in press checks and assist with proofing processes.
- Order job materials and third-party services.
- Close jobs within 48 hours of shipping and submit for costing and invoicing.
- Create press layouts and assist with job planning.
- Understand and apply knowledge of printing technologies (offset, digital, wide format, finishing, mailing, fulfillment, online ordering).
- Foster positive working relationships with co-workers and clients.
