Metro Paws Animal Hospital in Oak Cliff (Dallas, TX) is seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated veterinary team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in providing a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for pets and their families.

About the Role

As a Veterinary Client Service Representative , you will :

• Manage front desk operations and ensure smooth daily workflow
• Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule appointments, answer phone inquiries, and handle client communications
• Process payments, explain treatment plans, and provide outstanding client support
• Work collaboratively with our medical team to deliver an excellent veterinary experience

This is a fast-paced veterinary clinic role , perfect for candidates who are compassionate, organized, and able to multitask while keeping client service a top priority.

What We're Looking For

We are currently expanding our hours and need candidates who are available to work :

Evening shifts until 8 PM and / or 11 PM

At least one weekend shift
