Now Hiring : Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Full-Time Position | Addiction Specialty | Start Date : On or about October 1

Location : Happy Brain Counseling

Happy Brain Counseling is expanding to Branson, Missouri! We are currently seeking full-time Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) who are passionate about working with individuals and families navigating substance use and recovery.

Position Highlights :

  • Full-time caseload : 20–25 clients per week
  • Must be fully licensed (LPC or LCSW or LMFT) in the State of Missouri
  • Must hold relevant certification or specialization in addiction treatment
  • Prior experience or knowledge of the following required :

o Beyond Addiction by Jeffrey Foote, et al.

o Foundations for Change program (cmcffc.org / resources / books -and-workbooks)

o SMART Recovery group facilitation or principles

  • Must be credentialed or willing to be credentialed on major insurance panels
  • Must be willing to work with individuals, children and adults, families, couples
  • Must be willing to treat addiction, personality disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, etc.

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Clinicians with a strong understanding of evidence-based addiction treatment models
  • A collaborative spirit who values family-involved and skills-based recovery approaches
  • Someone ready to join a dynamic, growing team dedicated to client empowerment and long-term wellness
  • Clinicians who are willing to or have knowledge of body therapies, such as Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, N.E.T., etc.

    • Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with experience and credentialing
