We are hiring for a full-time prep cook to come in before shift on Tues-Sat to butcher meat and prepare ingredients for service.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and organize ingredients for a 9-course tasting menu with frequently changing recipes.
Butcher fish, shellfish, and meat with precision and consistency.
Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and food safety.
Assist with inventory management and kitchen organization.
Support the culinary team in ensuring smooth daily operations.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
Strong butchering skills (fish, shellfish, and meat).
Knife skills and a strong attention to detail.
Food Handler’s License.
Previous culinary experience is preferred, but not required.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
