Pay Rate : $1786.75 - $1957.82

Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? NO

Preferred experience level? ORTHO

Scrub colors / dress code : business casual

Parking Location : next to building

Physical Therapist, Outpatient

Experience : 1 year

Licenses : PT-CA(Copy needed)

Certifications : BLS-AHA(Copy needed)

Work History : Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
