Sr. Contract Specialist About the role What you'll be doing As part of the Asset Management team, you'll play a vital role in collaborating cross-functionally to support business objectives. At all levels, colleagues will rely on your expertise to serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior team members. It's a role with a lot of variety, and day-to-day, you'll mainly be involved with :

• Overseeing and optimizing Fiber network and telecom site portfolios throughout the U.S.
• Leading contract lifecycle management, including negotiation, abstraction, and compliance tracking.
• Ensuring accuracy and integrity of contract data in administration systems.
• Resolving complex billing, payment, and escalation issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Calculating contract term schedule and stream, commencement dates, expiration dates, renewal / non-renewal deadlines, obligations, and all other contractual key dates.
• Maintaining insurance for both Boldyn, suppliers, customers, and tenants as required by contract.
• Preparing written notice correspondence as required by contract.
• Preparing rent and pass-through billing reconciliations.
• Reviewing and approving accounts payable and accounts receivable monthly transaction.
• Reporting monthly on status of portfolio responsibilities and special projects.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with contracting parties and internal department team members.
• Developing and implementing best practices for contract administration and portfolio reporting.
• Improving asset management processes as they pertain to the assigned portfolios.
• Mentoring and training junior contract specialists, providing guidance.
• Leading complex projects as assigned. What you'll bring
• Bachelor's Degree required with a minimum of five (5) years professional experience in asset management, real estate, or similar business function.
• Working knowledge of optical and Fiber networking and / or telecom service.
• Understanding of flow of data from contract administration to general ledger.
• Acute attention to detail with strong problem resolution skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of contract lifecycle management.
