Full job description :

Are you a natural-born leader who loves managing hard-working teams? Black Label Built is looking for an experienced construction Production Manager who will play a critical role in managing and overseeing all aspects of our projects. This position will be responsible for coordinating project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion and exceptional client experiences.

The Production Manager will collaborate closely with various internal teams, subcontractors, clients, vendors, and suppliers to uphold the company's reputation for excellence and support its growth objectives. The construction Production Manager role will be responsible for ensuring our projects are completed with a focus on high quality, finished efficiently, and within the predetermined budget.

Compensation :

$65,000+ Annually Based on Experience

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with clients, engineers, construction managers, and architects to determine the needed resources and scope of work, including necessary materials and expected labor required
• Plan and schedule the entire construction project, including construction operations and timelines to make sure project deadlines are met
• Keep key stakeholders informed of the project’s status by producing frequent progress reports
• Oversee the work of all general contractors and their laborers and guide as necessary to ensure high-quality work
• Obtain all necessary permits and licenses from the appropriate authorities and ensure construction is up to code
