Guest Advocate
Starting hourly rate : $16.75 USD per hour

As a Guest Advocate, no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will most likely include :
- Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard
- Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks
- When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way, to help solve their specific needs
- Make the guest aware of current promos, store activities, and events
- Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience
- Thank guests and let them know we're happy they chose to shop at Target

Accurately handle checkout operations, transactions, and support cash office operations as neededScan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving product up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving merchandise up to 44 pounds without additional assistance from othersFlexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays); reliable and prompt attendance necessaryAbility to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary)Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc.Find competitive benefits from financial and education to well-being and beyond.
