Your primary responsibilities will encompass overseeing facility operations, ensuring safety, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding nursing policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n

  • Supervise and guide nursing staff to deliver high-quality care\n
  • Oversee daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation\n
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement effective care plans\n
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits to meet quality standards\n
  • Provide mentorship, training, and ongoing support to nursing staff\n

  • A valid state nursing license\n
  • Advanced degrees or certifications preferred\n
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership position within Long-Term Care preferred\n
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care\n
  • A strong interest in the nursing needs of the elderly and chronically ill\n
  • Excellent clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills\n
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities\n
