Job Description\n

American Traveler seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist with independent MBS and FEES competency and at least 1 year of acute care experience.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Acute care rehab setting
  • Will work between multiple main locations
  • Provides a minimum of one patient per hour
  • Performs 8 treatments per 8 hour shift
  • Position requires independent completion of Modified Barium Swallow (MBS) and Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES)
  • Holiday time off is not permitted, including the day before and after holidays
  • Responsible for conducting swallowing evaluations and managing a full treatment caseload
  • Must manage schedule and documentation effectively in a fast-paced setting

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
  • Proficiency in performing MBS and FEES independently
  • At least 1 year of acute care experience is required
  • License required if applicable
