Spherex Inc. seeks to immediately hire Management Analysts to join our team in Santa Clara, CA. This role focuses on business machine algorithms, data analytics, and visualization, as well as client servicing and strategic relationships. If you have a strong analytical mindset, expertise in data governance, and a passion for product modeling, we are looking for you!

Management Analyst

  • Verification and Product Modeling :

Verify and enhance business machine algorithms.

  • Translate business requirements into logical instructions.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to determine module functionality.
  • Identify data sources and provide inputs on entity relationship diagrams.
  • Data Analytics and Data Governance :

    • Perform data analytics on market research and logistics.

  • Ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Manage master data, users, and user roles.
  • Design reporting environments and support data warehouse revisions.
  • Provide technical expertise on data storage, mining, and cleansing.
  • Reporting and Visualization :

    • Create and publish ad-hoc reports for business and marketing teams.

  • Use tools like R and Tableau for statistical analysis and data visualization.
  • Capture detailed business requirements and design report specifications.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Transfer :

    • Document and update end-to-end code process flows and designs.

  • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and educate team members on data sources.
  • Daily Standup Meetings :

    • Provide updates on development status.

  • Assist team members in resolving coding issues.
  • Discuss upcoming development schedules and recommend code changes.
  • Business Reviews and Coaching :

    • Review test cases and present software functionalities.

  • Coach peers on digital media distribution processes and agile development practices.
  • Client Servicing and Strategic Relationships :

    • Manage cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery.

  • Collaborate on data governance policies and root cause analysis of product defects.
  • Create data visualizations for client interactions and improve client onboarding processes.

    • Knowledge and Skills Applied :

  • Tableau
  • Data governance, business intelligence, and product modeling.
  • Knowledge of digital movie assets and supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in data modeling, SQL, Tableau, and statistical analysis tools (R / SAS).

    • Education Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, and Marketing, or foreign equivalent + 5 years of experience.

    Job Site : Santa Clara, CA

    Salary Range : $191,464 to $195,000 per year
