RN, Charge - Full-Time Day Shift

As an RN, Charge, you will play a vital role in delivering safe and effective clinical care to our patients.

Under the guidance of our Department Director and Chief Clinical Officer, you will utilize your nursing skills and expertise to assess patient needs, respond promptly and accurately, and provide comprehensive documentation. Your administrative skills will contribute to ensuring safe patient care, effective communication, and enhanced unit efficiency. Seeking guidance from your supervisor and peers when needed, you will actively support and contribute to our Quality Assurance Program.

As a charge nurse or a patient care nurse, you will have a direct impact on the quality of care provided to our patients.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements :

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
• Current licensure by the Texas Board of Nursing as a registered nurse
• Current certifications in CPR, ACLS, and PALS
• Minimum of one year of experience preferred
