Boeing, the world's leading aerospace company, is seeking an Experienced Paralegal to support commercial contracting within the Indirect Supply Chain Law team, predominantly relating to internal procurements of goods and services utilized by various Boeing businesses. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience reviewing and revising supplier contracts, including purchase agreements, services agreements, SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS agreements, and nondisclosure agreements. Litigation experience is not necessary for this position.
Candidates will be expected to : handle a very large volume of supplier agreements, perform work with limited direction, work directly with clients to gather and analyze information in order to identify issues and risks, recommend possible solutions or mitigations, and support and participate in contract negotiations.
The successful candidate must have the ability to identify issues and risks that may exceed the scope of authority of the Paralegal, and the judgment to determine when to escalate to the responsible Attorney. The successful candidate will be an organized self-starter who is adept at adapting and executing in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
This person will have excellent negotiation, interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills, and business judgment.
