A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities :
Partner with management to develop and implement HR processes supporting strategic growth
Provide performance management guidance and support to line management
Develop people strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree preferred
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus
Minimum of 4 years of experience in resolving complex employee relations issues
Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including performance management and employment laws
Experience with HRIS administration; Oracle experience is a plus
