NPI is currently seeking a detail-oriented, customer service-minded individual to join our corporate staff in Omaha, Nebraska.
Position Overview
The National Accounts Manager is responsible for NPI’s National Accounts department, serving as the central point of contact for our national clients. This role ensures seamless coordination of property inspections across our franchise network, provides technical and IT support to our inspectors in the field, and maintains strong relationships with both our clients and franchise owners. The National Accounts Manager plays a critical role in driving client satisfaction, ensuring accuracy and consistency of our inspection reports, and supporting the growth of NPI’s national client list.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate work orders between our clients and our network of inspectors via phone and email
- Manage a large volume of work orders and input work order data efficiently and accurately using our proprietary software platform
- Draft scope of work documents and prepare estimates for potential clients
- Provide excellent customer service to our National Accounts clients
- Assist inspectors with limited field support on residential and commercial property inspections, ensuring client deliverables meet expectations
- Offer IT support for NPI’s proprietary report-writing platform
- Collaborate with internal leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements and growth in national accounts
