As our Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and executing effective sales strategies. Success in this role means exceeding sales targets across multiple channels, including : Door-to-Door (D2D) Sales Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales Facebook Advertising Customer Renewals Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaigns Local Service Ads (LSA) Direct Mail Campaigns Your leadership will be key in creating a strong, results-driven sales culture while identifying new growth opportunities.

• Market Analysis & Strategic Planning Identify trends, optimize sales efforts, and implement strategies to drive revenue.
• Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high renewal rates and outstanding service.
• Talent Recruitment & Performance Management Identify top sales talent, set clear goals, and provide continuous feedback to drive success.
• Collaboration & Communication Work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless execution.
