We have a current opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a contract basis. The position will be based in New York and asked to report onsite Monday-Friday for a 35 / hr work week.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator temp will be supporting the organization's talent acquisition efforts. The coordinator will be providing essential administrative support, including maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS), drafting offer letters, posting job announcements on internal and external job boards, and troubleshoot system related issues.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :

Job Postings and Offer Letters (40%)

  • Support the Talent process by posting job announcements on internal and external job boards.
  • Draft offer letters for all positions.

ATS updates and job boards (30%)

  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure all candidate information is accurately documented
  • Maintain the ATS, user access permissions and roles, and troubleshoot system related issues
  • Resolve and troubleshoot applicant questions via the talent acquisition job posting inbox
  • Liaise with external partners and job boards for support and upgrades
  • Supporting temporary hires (15%)

  • Support temporary staff hiring process with staffing agencies and hiring managers
  • TAD support and training (10%)

  • Provide administrative support to the Talent department, including preparing reports and maintaining talent acquisition metrics
  • Facilitate staff trainings to Talent Acquisition Specialists, hiring managers, and other users on how to effectively utilize the ATS
  • Maintain Talent SharePoint site and update records and documentation in OneDrive
  • Professional Development and other duties as assigned (5%)

  • Other duties as assigned
  • Required qualifications :

  • Minimum of an associate's degree with two (2) years of relevant education / work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree preferred and additional work experience
  • ADP Recruitment Management (RM)or applicant tracking system experience
  • Proficiency in Zendesk
  • Experience within non-profit organizations or the legal field

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Proficient computers skills, such as the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Physical, environment, travel, and other duties required :

  • Mostly sedentary, significant time using a computer and monitor; communicating and meeting using video
  • May or will require travel within NYC, across the five-borough region
