Lead Business Analyst / Program Manager

Overview

JST is currently seeking a Lead Business Analyst / Program Manager (Acquisition Systems) to join our team. This is a full-time Onsite position with potential hybrid / remote work at Defense Health Agency (DHA) offices in San Antonio, Texas. The Lead Business Analyst / Program Manager (Acquisition Systems) shall be professional in demeanor, appearance, and deportment. Employees shall be responsive. The Lead Business Analyst / Program Manager (Acquisition Systems) may be required to interface with senior Government and industry officials. Personnel shall have excellent written and oral communications skills sufficient to provide clear concise communication and documentation. Proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite of applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project as well as with Adobe Acrobat.

Lead Business Analyst / Program Manager Responsibilities

• Skilled in the procurement business process.
• Utilize Project Management, Estimation, and Planning.
• Extensive knowledge or understanding in procurement field in the public and / or private sector.
• Responsible for implementing ERP solutions in the public and / or private sector.
• Extensive knowledge or understanding within the DoD.
• Use IT systems functional analysis, requirements design, test development, and test execution.
• Knowledge or understanding of the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS).
• Demonstrate knowledge the software development lifecycle.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in working both independently and with a team to solve problems.
• Self-starter with initiative and aptitude to quickly learn and put new skills to use.
• Experience working in one-on-one, small group, and large group settings.
