What You'll Do :

  • Deliver medical nutrition therapy and patient education
  • Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and care planning
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and nutrition teams
  • Monitor high-risk residents (weight, wound care, renal, tube-fed)
  • Perform nutrition-focused physical exams and QA audits
  • Actively participate as a member of the interdisciplinary care team

    • Who We're Looking For :

  • Registered Dietitians OR candidates who have completed a Dietetic Internship (RD2B)
  • Strong communicators with critical thinking skills
  • Individuals eager to grow in a supportive, collaborative environment
