We're in search of a dynamic individual to step into the crucial role of Opener. As an Opener, you'll play a pivotal part in supporting the execution of the company strategy, ensuring the delivery of same-day dry cleaning services, and maintaining exceptional customer experiences.

Hours : M-F 6 : 45 a.m. – 2 : 00 p.m. (or later depending on workload)

Saturdays 8 : 00 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m., alternating

Responsibilities and Duties

• Opening the store each day
• Greeting customers respectfully and promptly.
• Receiving customers’ clothing orders and cleaning instructions while ensuring all items remain together.
• Inspecting clothing for stains and other problems.
• Marking orders into the computer system and sorting them for processing.
• Working the inspection / assembly station.
• Bagging orders and attaching the invoice for payment.
• Receiving proper payment.
• Sorting recycled hangers received from customers.
• Helping to maintain the cleanliness of the store on a daily basis.
