Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused HW / SW Integration & Customer Support Engineer to serve as the primary technical liaison between our customers and internal engineering teams. This role is critical in ensuring seamless hardware / software integration, delivering exceptional support, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Shift : The regular hours for this position are day shift.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding hardware / software integration and technical support.
Interact with positioning systems and motion controllers to support customer applications.
Support integration of hardware with software platforms, ensuring system compatibility, reliability, and optimal performance.
Document test procedures, results, and issue resolutions for internal teams and customer reference.
Contribute to the enhancement of test methods, integration processes, and overall customer experience.
Skills
Education & Experience
Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor\'s degree; or 3 years and a Master\'s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Pay Range
$94,100.00 - $123,480.00
Pay Range Explained
This role in Beaverton, Oregon pays between $94,100.00 and $123,480.00 per year, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations.
