ES Supervisor

Location(s & Openings

Must live within an hour of site

Duration : 6 month contract-to-hire (guaranteed conversion)

Hours

Can start as early as 4 : 30 AM in the summer b / c of heat, other locations start either 6 or 7 AM (set by the on-site GC)

Start dates : Every Mon / Weds

Address : Goodyear, AZ 85338

Expenses :

  • Mileage for miles over 50 to and from work

Equipment :

  • Must have all required PPE (Type 2 Class E Helmet, safety boots, high vis safety vest, cut resistant gloves, safety glasses)
  • Laptop provided by Diversified

    • Must Haves :

  • 3+ years of experience as a Lead Technician or Supervisor managing a team for large security system installation projects
  • Experience installing Lenel access control and CCTV (or similar systems like S2, Avigilon, CMP, Genetec, Bosch or Brivo)
  • Ability to walk 10,000+ steps / day

    • Plusses :

  • Data center security install experience

    • Day-to-Day :

  • Oversight of 5-15 people at a time
  • Coordinate daily activities and communication between subcontractors and the General Contractor (GC
  • Serve as the "eyes and ears" on the ground, providing real-time updates and insights to the internal project management team.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to schedule work and manage material deliveries.
  • Step in to assist with on-site tasks when needed to keep the project on track.
  • Develop and implement commissioning plans to ensure systems are tested and operational.
  • Conduct regular quality checks in collaboration with Quality Control (QC) managers to uphold project standards.
  • Monitor and track project deadlines, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
