We are looking for a highly driven team member who has experience and knowledge in processing title documents to ensure lien perfection in the State of Texas. This position offers an opportunity to enrich consumers' lending experiences while providing high quality customer service. A Consumer Loan Documentation Specialist is a vital position in our organization and should be someone who is passionate about details and thrives in a fast paced, high volume, repetitious environment.

In this role, you will :
- Promoting and maintaining positive internal and external relationships at all times.
- Auditing loans to ensure set up and processing is within approval limits and meet credit union, state and federal lending guidelines and regulations.
- Accurately and efficiently process tax and title documents for titling and registration.
- Communicate with dealerships, banks, credit unions and department of motor vehicles (DMV) to obtain and execute all necessary documentation.
- Ensure all work is promptly and properly completed and is in compliance with state requirements and DMV regulations.
- Post accounting entries related to DMV transactions.
- Verify costs and transactions for vehicle sales to ensure appropriate sales tax is collected.
- Record and release titles in VinTek.
- Identification, discussion and resolution of errors and issues.
- Verification or preparation of all archived documents.
- Working to validate and clear GL exceptions in a timely manner.
- Preparation and validation of monthly vendor remittance for loan related products.
- Performing miscellaneous duties within lending to include call center support.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.2+ years of experience in a dealership business office, lending department, line perfection business, or related financial industry environment required.The use of TxDOT, NADA, Symitar, Synapsys, Docusign and Teres software programs or similar credit and auto related programs preferred.Experience in loan auditing, title work processing or account resolution preferred.Must be available to work a full time schedule weekdays with shifts between 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm or 8 : 30-5 : 30pm or 9 : 00am-6 : 00pm.Fluency in Spanish desired.About United Heritage Credit Union :
