Job Description :

The primary purpose of this job position is to provide exceptional patient care in all areas of the Outpatient Treatment Center in accordance with current applicable guidelines and standards as directed by the Manager. Must also maintain accurate and complete personal certification and competency records. Functions within the scope of nursing practice and consistent with the established policies and procedures of Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare, the Missouri Nurse Practice Act, and the Code of Professional and Business Ethics. Responsibilities include : rooming patients, prepping patient charts, obtaining baseline clinical data, patient follow-up and care coordination. This position will be cross-trained to work throughout various specialty clinics, and may require minimal travel to other GVMH clinic sites.

Education / Credentials :

MO RN or LPN licensure in good standing

BLS within 30 days of hire

Experience :

1-3 years of experience preferred

Starting Range : $19.20 - $24.00 (LPN) $29.79 - $37.24 (RN)
